Your full name, phone number, email (optional), the chosen treatment, date and time, and your note, if you left one.

What we use it for

to reserve and confirm your appointment;
to send you a confirmation and reminders before your appointment;
to contact you if the appointment is changed or cancelled.

Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

How long we keep it

Appointment data is kept for as long as needed to organise visits and is deleted periodically. Medical records are kept separately, as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties. It is stored on the Website's server, and emails are sent through the hosting provider's mail service. The Website does not use advertising cookies or tracking; it only uses technical cookies – for the security of the booking form and to remember your chosen language.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at office@excelsiorclinic.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
