This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the website excelsiorclinic.com (the “Website”) and of the online appointment booking service. By using the Website and by sending an appointment request you accept these terms.

1. Who runs the Website

Professional body: Bulgarian Dental Association (www.bzs.bg). Supervisory authorities: Regional Health Inspectorate – Sofia and the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about Excelsior Dental Clinic and lets you request an appointment online. The information on the Website is general and is not medical advice; it does not replace an examination or provide a diagnosis. The specific treatment, its duration and price are determined after an examination.

3. Online booking

  1. You can request an appointment at least 2 hours in advance and up to 60 days ahead. Only the times available at that moment are shown.
  2. The stated duration of treatments is approximate.
  3. An online request reserves the chosen time. It becomes final once the clinic confirms it by email or phone. The clinic may suggest a different time if the chosen one does not suit your needs.
  4. You must provide your correct name, phone number and email. Requests with false or third-party details may be cancelled.
  5. If you have left an email address, you will receive a confirmation and reminders before your visit. If no email arrives, please check your spam folder or call us.
  6. Online booking is free of charge. The Website does not collect payments.

4. Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you cannot come, please cancel as early as possible – using the link in the email or by calling +359 876 537 424 – so the time can be offered to another patient. The clinic may cancel or reschedule an appointment in unforeseen circumstances (for example, if the dentist is ill) and will inform you in good time. In case of repeated no-shows without notice, the clinic may decline further online requests.

5. Emergencies

Online booking is not intended for emergencies. For acute pain or swelling, call +359 876 537 424. In a life-threatening situation, call 112.

6. Personal data and cookies

The data you enter when booking is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies; it only uses technical cookies – one for the session, needed for the security of the booking form, and one to remember your chosen language.

7. Copyright

The texts, photos, logo and design of the Website are owned by Excelsior Dent EOOD or used with permission. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Liability

We take care that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date and that the Website works without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this in the event of technical problems beyond our control. If in doubt about a booked appointment, please contact the clinic by phone. The Website may contain links to external websites (for example maps), for whose content we are not responsible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date from which it applies. Requests made before a change are governed by the terms in force at the time of the request.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection.
